Is this just Alexa or Siri?

No. Products like Alexa, Siri or Google Assistant are—in broad terms—interfaces for accessing the internet and/or data on your phone. The purpose of Wise House is to allow people to ask their homes about things that are not on the internet. For instance, about the amount and orientation of their windows, and the potential impact of changing the heating system.

Is this just ChatGPT?

No. Wise House complements models like ChatGPT or Google's BARD with building performance simulations. This expands their capabilities, improving their contextual understanding, and enabling them to provide more insightful responses specific to your home.

What devices support the Wise House scanner app?

For now, Wise House only allow scanning on iPhone PRO devices (although other functionalities are available on other iPhone models). This is because we need a LiDAR scanner (e.g., iPhones 12, 13 and 14 Pro)

What if I do not have an iPhone Pro?

You will not be able to scan on your own phone, but you can ask a friend to do it for you. Most of the functionality in the Wise House app is supported in any iOS device and the web application.

Are you planning to support Android and other platforms?

Yes. We are just not ready.
